This group was created specifically for Married Christian Businessmen with Children (MCBC). Where you bring real business challenges to men who understand faith, health, husbandhood/fatherhood, and business ownership. We meet weekly and bi-monthly.
Membership is only open to MCBC members who live in the United States. Weekly In-Person Mastermind Meetings will be based on each location's meeting place. Families gather in person on select weekends in Arizona.
With our 5-Pillar Framework, it helps you create a life where we are committed to honoring and putting God first in everything we do. We focus heavily on our putting health 2nd and becoming better husbands and fathers, 3rd for our I-Family. Then, we focus on our business/clients 4th to ensure our business thrives.

Most men get handed two models, and both fail. Hustle culture says sacrifice everything now and collects later, except later never arrives and the bill comes due in your marriage, your body, and your children. Work-life balance says split yourself evenly across every area, which sounds reasonable until you realize it makes you feel guilty no matter which room you are standing in.
We build on a third model, and we call it a distributed lifestyle. Every part of your life gets a fixed place in a fixed order. God first. Health second. I-Family third. Clients fourth. Nothing gets cut, and nothing has to fight for scraps, because the order is already decided before the week starts.
That order is not a limitation on your business. It is what makes the business sustainable. Your clients get your best work because it comes from overflow instead of depletion, and your family gets you present instead of just provided for.

From the Projects to Purpose
Meet Lorenzo Zesati
Lorenzo grew up in the Los Angeles projects with an abusive, alcoholic father who threatened to "kick my ass" if he played baseball, the sport he loved most. At age 14, he had to physically defend himself against his violence.
But Lorenzo decided, "This normal ends with me."
Lorenzo came to know Jesus at 17 with his good friend Chris Bedoy, and months afterwards he walked into Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California. Lorenzo married Michelle in 2000, and she taught him how to love (he literally didn't know how). He has spent 28 years building businesses while being physically and emotionally present for his three children. He has played and coached baseball for 30 years, modeling what his father refused to give him.
Lorenzo created BreakthruPreneurs because he has seen too many good clients, businessmen, faithful husbands, and loving fathers who have spiritual emptiness and passed away because of their health and fallen victims to broken marriages, divorces, distant parenting, and so on. There's a better way, and Lorenzo wants to share and show you through his experiences of having a distributed lifestyle.
